Description
Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese for a long aging wine. It comes from the only vine that grows on sand and lava in the territory. The fermentation is total spontaneus and takes place in French oak casks without any control of temperature; here the wine matures for close to twenty months and then ages in the bottles for minimum one year.
