Costa Toscana Vermentino IGT



Alòs (salt in ancient Greak) is the idea of a Mediterranean wine, with the freshness and the salt of the sea. It comes from 50 year-old vineyard which grows on sandy soil, very close to the sea. The fermentation is total spontaneous and takes place in concrete vat without temperature’s control. Maceration for two days and aging for 8 months in concrete vat.
