Zeno è frutto di una fermentazione comune tra un Pinot Nero bello maturo, profumato, avvolgente, e un Sangiovese più spigoloso, fresco, di bella acidità.
Proviene dal termine Zen ovvero Vita: Zeno è ciò che è vivente.
